The 2025 Not Alone Summit, a national convening for mental health and connection. Watch on YouTube

One mission: make mental health skills more accessible.

The convening

Not Alone Summit

A national gathering of CEOs, artists, athletes, clinicians, researchers and youth ambassadors working together to make mental health support better for everyone.

The roots

Inspiring Children Foundation

The 501(c)(3) behind the Not Alone Program (Challenge, Summit and Awards), serving youth for 25 years. It’s where our methodology was built and tested.

The curriculum

Wise Friend

Structured, non-clinical mental and emotional fitness training for teams, schools and organizations. Wise Friend powers the Summit’s experiential design and hands-on tools, built from that same 25-year foundation.

Mental health, activated.

For three days you don’t just hear about the Wise Friend curriculum. You get to live it alongside champions of mental health.

    1. Healing
    2. Growth
    3. Flourishing

The Summit moves from healing, to growth, to flourishing, and the panels are organized in that same order, plus a look at the behavioral health landscape.

  • A curation of workshops and brain breaks woven through each day.

    • Life Plan™
    • Inspire Cards
    • Letter-writing
“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.”
Rumi
